Cancellation Policy
Life Happens , We Understand We know schedules can shift, but because your appointment time is reserved just for you, we ask for notice when changes are needed. Cancellations To respect your therapist’s time and other clients we ask for a card on file. Please provide notice by the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than one full day’s notice will be charged 50% of the service amount. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next guest’s appointment. The full session fee will apply.
