Professional Conduct
All massage services are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate language or behavior will end the session immediately, with full payment required. Future appointments may be declined at our discretion.
Health & Wellness
Your well-being is our priority. Please share any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your appointment so we can tailor your session safely and effectively. Massage is not a substitute for medical care, and clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
Booking & Payments
Appointments are secured through our booking platform with a 50% deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is collected at the end of your session. This ensures your reserved time is held exclusively for you. Gift certificates, packages, and promotional offers must be presented at check-in or check-out.

Cancellation & Late Policy

We know schedules can shift, but because your appointment time is reserved just for you, we ask for notice when changes are needed.
Cancellations
To respect your therapist’s time and other clients, please provide notice by the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than one full day’s notice will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next guest’s appointment. The full session fee will apply.
Consistent Cancellations
Frequent short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding — your therapist’s time and energy are dedicated solely to you during your session.

All massage services are non-refundable once provided. If you’re ever unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out. Your comfort and satisfaction mean the world to us. We’ll always do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
